Bushiroad is known for its popular card games, idols, and rhythm games. D4DJ is a semi-new series created to appeal to the DJ community, and although the game to set to be released in the US this spring, it gathered a very big fanbase. Like BanG! Dream, this game features different types of bands with different genres.
Recently, Bushiroad released an anime series based on the D4DJ game on their official D4DJ Youtube channel. The channel also features D4DJ LIVE performance concerts, D4DJ music tracks, and seiyuu videos.
We recently had an interview with the English voice of D4DJ’s protagonist Rinku Aimoto, Emi Lo. The Levi’s x Pokémon collection, ranging from $20.00 – $148.00, will launch in Levi’s stores, on Levi.com, and on the Levi’s App starting February 15th. Inspired by the first season of the original Pokémon anime series, the collection includes a range of Levi’s denim, tops, bottoms, fleece, tees, and accessories that feature graphics and prints of both the popular characters and the woodland settings of the Kanto region.
Also included is a range of graphic tees that features throwback character art, such as Ash, Misty and Pokémon from that classic first season. And, for fans of Misty, there’s even the Levi’s Misty Short and Misty Tank, an homage to the iconic outfit she wears in the series.
There’s also an all-over floral Pokémon print gym bag, a Poké Ball crossbody bag and clip-on pouches with Pokémon characters embroidered on the front. And, on the sundries, the collection features Pokémon branding on Levi’s® back patches, Red Tabs that mimic red and white Poké Balls, and buttons stamped with Pikachu and Poké Balls.
In January, Nintendo announced it had began its 25th anniversary celebration with its collaboration with Bear Walker skateboards.

Tomonori Takano, Art Director for the newly announced, Resident Evil Village went on record revealing Lady Dumitrescu’s actual height! On February 2nd, Takano stated in a Facebook post the following,
“I’m Tomonori Takano, Art Director on Resident Evil Village. [. . .] Most recently, Lady Dimitrescu and her daughters have received a fair amount of attention, far more than we anticipated. [. . .] Lady Dimitrescu, especially, has received much fanfare both domestically and overseas, which has made all of us in the development team extremely happy. I hear her height is something of interest.”
“If you include her hat and high heels, she’s 2.9m (approximately 9’6”) tall.“
Taller than Robert Wadlow, the tallest human ever recorded standing at 8’11.1” or even Zeng Jinlian, the tallest women in the world coming in at 8’1″ at the time of her death.
Although not much is known about Lady Dumitrescu’s voice actress, fans can rejoice knowing her cannon height and perhaps ‘hence’ the gameplay come May 2021.

Voice actors normally have a theatre or radio background and in fact, most of our guests we’ve interviewed state this during our interviews. Joe Zieja differs from this, as his background involves the U.S. Air Force and writing; authoring three SciFi comedies, The Epic Failure series.

Lyssa Browne is know in the voice over world as an audio book producer and narrator, what you probably did not know is that she is also the voice of Slippy Toad and Katt Monroe in Nintendo’s Star Fox video games series, beginning with Star Fox 64 in 1998.
Since 2001 Slippy Toad has been voiced by different voice actors (Chris Seavor & Mike McAuliffe). In 2011 she reprise her roles for the remastered version of Star Fox 64, Star Fox 64 3DS.

After 22 years, Tom Ruegger’s iconic, Kids TV series, The Animaniacs are back! The new show will start streaming on Hulu on Nov 20th, 2020! The Animaniacs were known for their comedy, variety show skits, music and celebrity cameos. The show ran for roughly 5 years and spawned an animated film (1999) and two spin-offs. To this day its considered one of the most iconic and memorable animated TV series to be produced by Warner Bros and Steven Spielberg.
Fast forward 22 years, The Animaniacs are back! Although character designs and voice actors for the lead characters remained the same, the new show will integrate new and current topics, subcultures and genres including, the now, easily accessible Anime genre.
Getting in touch with modern and current subcultures, in the newest trailer, lead characters Yakko, Wakko and Dot are shown with anime style animation, leaving fans to wonder what type of skit is in store in this new series.
Although this is not the first time we’ve seen anime style animation in western TV shows as seen in The Amazing World of Gumball, this is the VERY first time its been used in a revival for a series that’s been off air for 22 years.
Bushiroad and popular Japanese anime shop, Anime Jungle have teamed in order to help support small business in the Little Tokyo district in Los Angeles, California.
Bushiroad known for its popular card game, Cardfight!! Vanguard and the music media franchise BanG Dream! They have teamed up with local businesses in the Little Tokyo area to, not only promote their latest project D4DJ -(Dig Delight Direct Drive DJ) but to also help out businesses that are suffering during the COVID19 pandemic.
D4DJ -(Dig Delight Direct Drive DJ) is a new music media franchise created by Bushiroad. It features the creative talents of Japanese novelist and scriptwriter,, Kō Nakamura (Crying 100 Times, Tori Girl) and Takaaki Kidani as the executive producer. The franchise will focus on DJing and remixing different music genre with electronic dance music.
Much like BanG! Dream, It consists of a rhythm game D4DJ Groovy Mix, music CDs, an anime series and an upcoming manga series. An English version of the rhythm game is currently in development and set to be release in 2021. Bushiroad announced worldwide streaming of the anime series via Funimation, Crunchyroll, and Sentai Filmworks, with plans for a Blu-ray release by Funimation in the future. Many voice actors start off their career in radio or theater but for Jamison Boaz, the voice actor life began with his passion for music. Jamison’s musical projects vary in genre, from EDM to Heavy Metal or in many cases, a mixture of both.
Jamison has had various musical projects over the years, including a heavy metal band Modern Weapons which featured numerous voice actors including, Kyle Hubert and Reuben Langdon.
His most recent and current, multi-genre musical work,Epsilon Zero is self described as the expression of one human soul on an epic journey through time and space on a vessel built of steel and circuits. Take a listen to Jamison’s latest music through his official Band Camp page here.
In other recent news, Jamison is collaborating with Rocket Panda games on the soundtrack for the newest addition to the Phantom Breaker fighter game series, Phantom Breaker: Omnia. However, Jamison’s talents go beyond musical work.
Switching from music studios to ADR studios, It is in this area that he began working as additional voices on various projects beginning with Resident Evil 5in 2012. Because of Jamison’s musical background as a heavy metal musician, In 2018 Jamison got the role of Death Metal Retsuko; AGGRETSUKO! A role he shares with Erica Mendez who voices Retsuko.

Crypton Future Media has just announced the official CANCELLATION of Hatsune Miku’s North American Tour, MIKU EXPO 2020 USA & Canada. Earlier this year, CFM announced its postponement due to the COVID19 pandemic, however they reconsidered and have decided to cancel the tour all together.
They posted the following message on their official Facebook page
According to their Facebook post, CFM is currently redirecting their efforts towards new ways of engaging with Hatsune Miku fans across the world, and hope to be able to announce their upcoming plans with fans soon.

Mike West was the very first voice of Nintendo’s famous canine, Fox McCloud in the hit video games series, STAR FOX!
Originally released in 1995, Star Fox quickly gain attraction as spaceship shooter game. In 1997, it was rebooted for the Nintendo 64 with higher graphics and titled Star Fox 64, which was the very first Nintendo game to have included support for the Rumble Pak, enhancing the gaming experience.
Star Fox 64 was the first Star Fox game to feature actual vocal lines, as oppose to its previous gibberish ‘vocal‘ sounds. It is here that voice actor, Mike West began his career with Nintendo and even took a 14 year ‘break‘ before coming back to voice Fox McCloud in Nintendo’s 2011 remastered game, Star Fox 64 3D for the Nintendo 3DS system.
